Why Captive employment?

Based on an intensive skill-gap analysis in correlation with the employment status in the region, certain observations have been made wherein there is a significant lack of skill based awareness especially in the agricultural sector. Nagaland economy is largely based on agriculture with more than 60% of the population engaged in agricultural activities. However, there exists a deep gap between sustained and organized form of cultivation, processing, supply and skilled personnel. Based on these observations, the organization aims to fill the gaps by way of training and placement of trained candidates in our own establishments located within Nagaland.
