The build is solid, with glass on the front and rear (Gorilla Glass Victus) and an aluminum frame. It’s great to hold, and in the hand it feels expensive, even though, at a weight of 210g, it’s on the heavy side.
IP68 certification covers water and dust resistance, meaning that you don’t have to worry about spills or the weather.
In shades like Stormy Black, Cloudy White and the understated yet elegant Sorta Sunny, Pixel 6 Pro is a head-turner.
Visual Excellence: Bright, Clear, Beautiful
The Pixel 6 pro has a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels and a refresh rate that goes up 120Hz. One of the prettiest screens Google has ever put on a phone.
Adaptive refresh scaling saves on battery life without comprimising fluidity, while HDR10+ support means bright colors and high contrast when watching content.
The screen is also curved at the edges — some will love that, others will prefer a flat panel — but the overall viewing experience is immersive and fitting of a flagship.
Performance: It’s Tensor Time to Shine
The Pixel 6 Pro is powered by Google’s first-ever custom chip, the Tensor SoC, which is optimized for AI, machine learning, and power usage. Combined with 12GB of RAM, the phone breezes through multitasking, gaming, and everyday performance.
It’s not as high a benchmarker as Qualcomm’s top chips, but it’s fast in real-world usage.
Tensor’s strengths lie in other areas such as real-time translation, improved voice recognition, and intelligent photo processing. It’s made for AI-first jobs, and it looks it.
Software: Android, The Way Google Meant It
One of the main draws for so many people who’ve opted for Pixel phones is the stock Android vibe, and that’s exactly what you get with the Pixel 6 Pro.
It started with Android 12, but with frequent updates, it now sports Android 14, and is expected to be supported with software updates until 2026.
Pixel-only features like Magic Eraser, Call Screening, and Live Translate add some spark to your everyday. As a bonus, you even receive security patches and feature drops early.
Camera: Still One of the Best
The Pixel 6 Pro has a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP periscope telephoto lens (with 4x optical zoom) and a 12MP ultra-wide shooter. This pairing results in photos that are consistently wow-producing.
Daylight photos are lush and balanced. Night Sight makes for great low-light photography, and portraits come with Google’s always fantastic natural-looking background blur.
The telephoto lens excels even with longer ranges, and the ultra-wide camera captures more without significant distortion.
The 11.1MP selfie camera is also very sharp and handles 4K video recording just fine.
Battery Life: Good, Not Great
The Pixel 6 Pro has a 5003mAh battery, which should be more than enough for a full day of medium-to-heavy use. But intensive use — especially with that 120Hz refresh rate turned on — can take a hit. Charging is a decent pace at 30W wired and 23W wireless, if a little slower than some competitors.

Google Pixel 6 Pro But here is the rub:
It is a Smartphone Emphasizing on Intelligence

Boasting a funky design, clean software loadout and outstanding cameras, it’s the phone for anyone who doesn’t want raw specs and nothing else.
The Pixel 6 Pro is still a great choice If you’re the type of person who appreciates a squeaky-clean version of Android, strong photography and software features that actually make your life easier, the Pixel 6 Pro is still a strong pick — in spite of being a couple of years old.
